"This unit came with the necessary attachment to put over the infrared receiver for the TV and a weird little battery transmitter that replaced one of the batteries in the remote. I hooked up the remote receiver, and charged the battery. I was surprised and delighted when I placed the battery in the Logitech remote and could finally control my whole system again. I don't have a clue how or why this thing works. But it does and does a perfect job of it. When it turns out this good it makes the whole shopping experience a real positive."
